How to sign in to Apex and move between its areas using the sidebar on a computer and the bottom bar and menu on a phone.

Apex is a signed-in app: you sign in with the options on the sign-in screen, and Apex then creates your driver profile automatically and opens your start page. Once in, you navigate with the sidebar (on a computer) or the bottom bar and menu drawer (on a phone).

What you need

• An account, or the ability to create one from the sign-up screen.

Signing in

1. Open Apex.
2. On the sign-in screen (branded APEX – Karting Telemetry & Coaching), sign in with one of the options offered, or create an account from the sign-up screen.
3. Apex sets up your profile and takes you to your start page.

Getting around

• On a computer: use the left sidebar — Dashboard, Events, Tyres, AI Coach, Sessions, Bulk Upload, Compare, Tracks, Purple Sector, Setups, My Kart, Profile and Preferences. Pin it open or collapsed with the button at the top.
• On a phone: use the bottom bar (Dashboard, Sessions, AI Coach, Tyres) for the essentials, or the menu button (top-left) for the full list.
• Your account menu (the account button at the bottom of the sidebar, or in the header on a phone) links to Profile, Preferences and Billing.

Tips

• On the test site, a "Development mode" badge and occasional sign-outs are expected — just sign in again.
• Change which page opens at sign-in via Start Page in Preferences.
• The Feedback button in the header lets you send feedback about the app.

Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account? Use the sign-up screen and one of the options it offers; Apex sets up your driver profile automatically afterwards.

Why was I signed out on the test site? The pre-production site runs in Development mode with shorter sessions — being signed out occasionally is expected there. Just sign in again.

Where do I find Billing and Preferences? In your account menu (the account button at the bottom of the sidebar, or in the header on a phone).

Which areas are on the phone bottom bar? Dashboard, Sessions, AI Coach and Tyres; the rest are in the menu drawer.
