Set up your driver profile

How to fill in your Apex driver profile — including the home track and primary kart that Apex uses as defaults — from the Profile page.

When you first sign in, Apex creates your profile automatically. Filling in a few key details makes the rest of the app smarter: your home track and primary kart become defaults used when creating events and resolving setups. You manage all this on the Profile page (sidebar → Profile), whose header reads Profile / Manage Your Racing Profile.

What you need

  • Your basic details, and ideally your home track and primary kart in mind.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, select Profile.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Fill in your Name (required) and any details you want — racing number, date of birth, favourite team/driver.
  4. Set your Home Track and Primary Kart.
  5. Choose your Class (Apex suggests one from your date of birth) and your AI Coach Level.
  6. (Optional) Add your social links.
  7. Select Save.

What you'll see

A confirmation — "Profile updated successfully." — and your details now show in view mode. From then on, Apex uses your home track and primary kart as defaults around the app.

Tips

  • Setting Home Track and Primary Kart early saves you picking them every time you create an event or run the tyre tools.
  • Your AI Coach Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) controls how detailed coaching answers are.
  • Your profile picture and email come from your sign-in account, not this form.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to register separately? No — Apex creates your profile automatically on first sign-in. Just fill in your details on the Profile page.

Why set a home track and primary kart? They become Apex's defaults: your home track pre-fills new events and helps resolve setups; your primary kart is the default kart for events and the setup/tyre tools.

How is my class decided? Apex suggests a class from your date of birth, but you can change it.

Can I change my profile picture here? No — your picture and email come from your sign-in account and aren't edited on this page.
